A block of rooms has been set aside at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa especially for ICOPS. All Conference functions will be held within the resort. We strongly encourage you to stay at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.
To reserve your room, please contact the reservations department at 1-800-748-0303 Ext 6001 ( if calling from overseas the number is +1 231 534 6001) and explain that you are an attendee of ICOPS 2006, to obtain the special conference rate.
Alternatively you can download a fax reservation form, complete and fax it directly to Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.
At this time it is not possible to make your reservation online.

For ICOPS, the special conference rate is available from June 3 - June 8, 2006 and the deadline for reservations at this discounted rate is May 14, 2006.

FEDERAL RATE ROOMS FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ONLY
There will be a limited number of rooms available at the federal rate . Therefore reservations will be made on a first come first served basis. If you require a room at the federal rate you will need to fully complete the attached federal rate reservation form and fax it to Claire Rosser at 517 432 8714. (Note: credit card information is required to hold a room at the resort). Please do not forget to specify your arrival and departure dates, number in your party, type of room preferred (standard hotel or condo) and credit card information to secure the room.
NOTE : THIS APPLIES TO THOSE REQUESTING A ROOM AT FEDERAL RATE FOR US GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ONLY. 'REGULAR' RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE WITH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY (SEE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE)
In order to secure a reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night's room and tax, or the guarantee of same by major credit card is required at time of reservation.
